Thank you for this comprehensive approach to the many variables encompassed by the broad banner of “food policy”. You inevitably highlight the woeful inadequacies in our current approach.

Have you read Sacred Cow by Diana Rodgers and Robb Wolf? Great discussion of the intrinsic role of animals in our global system of food production and human health. Your voice would be a great support if it speaks to you!
