Listed on the USDA’s NOP Organic Frauds master list having been found and investigated for organic fraud continue to operate without any punishment! Guaranteed, if I put a product online with the USDA/ORGANIC seal on it, forged or rather cut and pasted together an organic certification sold online across the country, at the very least I would be out of business! Not to mention, federal fraud or the supposed $10,000 fine that goes along with doing this kind of thing. Nope, not these folks, they just do what they have always done-lie-and get away with it!
