Something like NotCo, which uses AI is a great way to at least try to find alternatives to different consumable products, I believe however there will be a lot of cross consulting for quality testing, advertising and effects on the different groups involved in those specific groups of products. One thing they don’t mention on their site is if they use GMO products, I’m not even certain if they are obligated considering some FDA regulations that are available.
